Day 130 - Insects

The rain takes a day off but the wind still gusts now and again. The high humidity has brought out an assortment of insects and numerous puddles make ideal ponds for the wildlife as summer aproaches. The strange insect above looking like some interstellar vehicle that has just landed on a desolate planet was clinging to the side of a tree. Unknown to me it was totally unfazed by my macro photography.
