Day 223 - Humid

No sign of these raindrops evaporating

Dragonfly hovers over a puddle

… Another squirrel shoots skyward

As promised the gloomy clouds enveloping Sommerberg disperse during the day and by the mid-afternoon there is some sunshine. The sun is not strong however nor is it out for long. While seeking out insects in a puddle a beautiful large blue-green dragonfly appears, stops momentarily to hover then zooms off only to return moments later. I try photographing it in flight as it hovers before me but the results do not really do it justice.
