Psychedelic acrobat

Despite plenty of cloud the fine weather continues through the weekend trying hard to be summer. These insects were photographed late afternoon on a walk to Fünf Bäume. The first autumn leaves had appeared and a few had already fallen to the ground. The odd dragonfly zigzagged over drying puddles but I saw no butterflies and not much in the way of fungi.
