The GaleriaVista arts centre opened last night on Sommerberg with an exhibition of Zimbabwean sculptures. The evening began with a poetry reading by Josef Miriam (aka Wyszynski) followed by music duo Tobias and Jeanette La-Deur playing the cello and piano. It is hoped that the centre will eventually become a focal point for the arts in the Black Forest. The building has five well lit exhibition rooms and spectacular views of the Enz Valley. The African exhibition will initially be open to public Sat-Sun from noon till 17:00. For more information:
