Day 252 - Shaggy Ink cap

It remains cool and cloudy and feels more like October. This time last year there was an abundance of fungi to be found in the forest but so far I have failed to find much. I did see the first Shaggy Ink Cap (Coprinus comatus) in several places but they were already a few days past their eat by date.
